Business identity details
Optional business phone, address, email/domain, and D‑U‑N‑S status fields are used to help you organize consistency checks across NellDex workflows.
Progress data
NellDex saves the actions you complete in Credit Builder, Vendor Directory, Funding, Banking, and Learning Center so your roadmap can continue where you left off.
Saved resources
NellDex stores saved vendors and saved resource links so you can return to useful materials, filter them, and continue your plan.
Admin-managed resources
Published resources and review suggestions are managed inside NellDex so the platform can show relevant educational links. Admin actions are separate from your private progress.
Support requests
If you contact NellDex, the information you provide is used to respond to your request and improve the service.
Aggregate usage analytics
NellDex uses Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are used, in aggregate. It is cookieless and anonymous: it records page views with referrer, approximate location, browser, and device type, using a temporary hash that is discarded after 24 hours. It is not linked to your account, your saved progress, or your business details. See the Cookie Policy for details and how to block it.
Current scope
NellDex does not sell access to your saved dashboard progress. Do not enter sensitive personal financial details, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or private tax records into free-text fields.
